Among the resident wildlife that you will find in Sequoia national park is that of the American black bear, mule deer and the Douglas squirrels to name but a few. Besides being home to wildlife there are over 240 caves. These caves like the rest of the park can only be accessed by visiting this site by foot, hiking, or via horseback.
